Vescom

Vescom are developers, producers and distributors of high quality wall and furniture coverings. They are market leaders in the international contract market with a varied and comprehensive range of products. 

 

Vescom needed a cost effective way of communicating with both new and existing clients on a regular basis. Having already run several paper based postal campaigns Vescom were keen to make sure they had a good return on investment. 

 

Due to their varied client base Vescom wanted one eshot that would appeal to a wide market and to be accessible by as many users as possible. 

 

4fx created a campaign that evolves with the client. Allowing subtle changes to the layout has enabled the client to move away from their original umbrella branding and develop the brand in its own right. The design has also allowed the client to add official affiliations and various other elements within the look and feel to keep the brand moving forward. 

 

The campaign focused on the product, with use of high quality photography and simple lists of benefits of the specific product, the eshot was able to sell the product without having to use jargon that would alienate many of the recipients. 

 

Vescom have full access to a full reporting system which displays when and by whom each email has been read allowing their sales team to follow warm leads. As a direct result, Vescom have received many orders from new and existing clients.
